FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE
Learn to use personal hygiene practices to present contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses. Gain the skills to handle food safely during storage, preparation, display, service and disposal of food incorporate safe work practices. This course is a must if you are looking for employment opportunities in restaurants cafes, clubs, hotels, as a tour operator, attractions, functions, events, conference catering, in-flight and other transport catering.
