Gain skills and knowledge on how to manage or direct a program which includes a suite of projects, or multiple projects, or interrelated projects and contribute to the achievement of organisational objectives. You will learn how to use initiative and judgement to direct, plan, and lead a range of program functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters; use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources; transfer knowledge to others; use creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives; and respond to complex problems.
1 academic year (4 terms of 9 weeks each)
Possible career opportunities include project manager managing a suite of project, program director managing multiple projects, executive project manager managing related projects, program contract manager or vendor manager
All courses are delivered over 20 hours per week which includes 15 hours of face to face study plus 5 hours of self-paced learning per week.
