This course is designed for students seeking entry into the hospitality industry sector. Develop a sound knowledge of the hospitality industry operations as well as practical skills in customer service, food and beverage service and learn how to brew the perfect coffee.

COURSE DURATION

1 academic year (4 terms of 9 weeks each)


CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Possible job roles include: espresso coffee machine operator, food and beverage attendant, front desk receptionist or assistant, front office assistant, function attendant or a host, gaming attendant, guest service agent, housekeeper, restaurant host, senior bar attendant or a waiter.


STUDY MODE

All courses are delivered over 20 hours per week which includes 15 hours of face to face study plus 5 hours of self-paced learning per week.
