Student Services
Our reception area is open from 8:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 6pm on Fridays to assist you with any needs you may have. Feel free to speak with our reception staff with any questions or concerns you may have.
Further student support can be obtained using our support area.
Counselling and support
Our team of academic staff is on hand to provide academic support, should you need it.
We also have bi-lingual counsellors available to help with more personal problems. And should you be interested in university studies on completion of your SBTA course, we can advise on the many options available through our university articulation partners.
English Language Support
If you need help with your English during your time at SBTA, we can help! Our sister school, SELA, offers General English and Academic English courses in full-time and part-time modes.
Airport Pickup
If you're arriving in Sydney for the first time, book our airport pick-up service and enjoy the perfect start to your new life in Sydney.
Our friendly driver will greet you on arrival and transfer you directly to your accommodation.
Accommodation
If you're new to Sydney, a great way to immerse yourself in Australian culture and lifestyle is through our homestay program.
We have a network of families, all selected and monitored for quality, conveniently located within thirty minutes of SBTA.
Breakfasts and dinners are provided every day and lunches are also provided on weekends. We can also advice you on alternative accommodation options, such as hostels and share accommodation.
Internet Access
Free campus-wide wifi internet access is available to all of our students, or use any one of our 150+ SunRay terminals using your student card/smartcard.
