Study at SBTA & SELA
A practical course for those who wish to embark on a career path into the global world of travel and tourism. Study this course and gain a range of valuable practical skills and knowledge on how to provide travel advice, work with your clients, manage itineraries, research industry trends, prepare quotations and process bookings. You will also gain hands-on training in the most widely-used reservations systems such as Galileo and/or Amadeus which will prepare you to enter the exciting world of travel and tourism.
- 1 academic year (4 terms of 9 weeks each)
Possible job titles include sales consultant, operations or reservations sales agent for a tour
operator, booking agent, inbound tour coordinator.
All courses are delivered over 20 hours per week which includes 15 hours of face to face study plus 5 hours of self-paced learning per week.
