Prepare for a management career in the hospitality industry sector. Learn how to coordinate hospitality operations, make operational decisions and take responsibility for others. Develop expertise in areas such as human resource management, business development and financial planning.

COURSE DURATION

2 academic years (8 terms of 9 weeks each)

Possible career opportunities include: banquet or function manager, bar manager, café manager, chef de cuisine and chef patissier or sous chef, club manager, executive housekeeper, front office manager, gaming manager, kitchen manager, motel manager, restaurant manager, unit manager catering operations.

All courses are delivered over 20 hours per week which includes 15 hours of face to face study plus 5 hours of self-paced learning per week.
