This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in business or office environment. The scope and difficulty of this qualifications prepares students to be able to select, adapt and transfer skills and knowledge to new environments, provide advice and some leadership in specific activities in the work area, use a range of skilled operational activities, routines, methods and procedures, use judgement in selecting equipment, services or contingencies within given timelines.
1 academic year (4 terms of 9 weeks each). Choose from morning, afternoon and evening classes.
Students with a first language other than English looking to gain a role in an office environment as an office administrator, receptionist or administrative staff.
